The offer is accepted if our confirmation email is sent to you acknowledging your booking within 48 hours.
Copyright in all materials remains vested in us, our partners, teachers, trainers and speakers.
We will courier your course material to you and enable your computer (Illuminate Students) to access the relevant course material within ten (10) working days of accepting your booking form and receiving payment.
Our partners and Online English for Law use state of the art technology to deliver access to the course material, which is compatible with most internet browsers. We are not liable and are not obliged to waive the fees if you cannot view the content due to firewalls, other hardware or software issues within your organization, or failure of any technology used by you.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice by email or another delivery method. Payment for all of the courses or exams is required before the studies or exams commence.
Registration with Online English for Law permits the person registering to access the course content.
Copying or onward distribution of the courses is forbidden.
You consent to us monitoring the number of computers that access the courses and their IP address to ensure that the access URL has not been distributed beyond those authorized to view the courses.
We use reasonable care in selecting our teachers and partners involved in delivering courses, seminars, and training regarding their status within the profession.
Suppose either Online English for Law or its partners are required to suspend the site's operations for more than fourteen (14) consecutive days. In that case, they shall be entitled, and entirely at their discretion, to offer pro-rata refunds to students. However, due to the ongoing requirements to re-build, design and generally maintain websites, suspension periods of less than 14 days will not qualify for refunds.
Online English for Law is committed to protecting your privacy online. Therefore, you accept the practices described in this statement by using the Online English for Law website or its partners.
We will ask for your name, email address, postal address, and other relevant personal information when you register, which we will add to our database.
Your personal information will also enable us to verify you are a registered user and deliver the Online English for Law and partner resources to you.
If you have indicated your consent, we may use information in our customer databases to send you electronic information about us and our products, which we think may be of interest to you.
We request personal information (such as your name, email address, and other contact details) from you when you contact us with registered user management queries, technical problems or ask for information about how to use the service. We will only keep personal information for so long as is required to provide helpful information and services to you, after which time we shall delete and destroy it.
We want you to be confident and happy with your course or exam purchased from Online English for Law and its Associates' (Cambridge Law Studio, Global Legal English, and Trinity College London). However, if you decide to change your mind and want to cancel the course before it starts, we will refund in full, subject to the return of any course materials, such as textbooks and DVDs, to us.
To cancel your course, please get in touch with us at info@online-english-for-law.com, providing your name, address, student registration number and the reason for cancellation.
We will do everything we can to ensure that we refund you as quickly as possible and within a maximum of fifteen (15) workdays, thus before the commencement date.
If you complain or express dissatisfaction, we will respond within 48 business hours. Our response will comprise a complete explanation, including any action we will take, plus an apology and compensation if it's our fault.
